ASBESTOS ABATEMENT

Our staff is asbestos certified, licensed, and insured to remove bonded and friable asbestos. Projects are completed in strict accordance with U.S. Dept. of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and MD Dept. of the Environment (MDE), and are equipped to handle all aspects of asbestos abatement.

LEAD ABATEMENT

Lead-based paint hazards are most commonly present in homes and structures that were built prior to 1978. Our lead abatement and stabilization services are completed in a safe, timely, and unobtrusive manner.

Our processes include full containment, chemical stripping, and needle scaling that uses HEPA vacuums to prevent particles from becoming airborne.
